Bharani Bobba is Senior Partner and Head of the U.S. Private Equity Practice at Genpact, where he leads relationships with many of the world’s largest private equity firms and their portfolio companies. With over 25 years of experience across operations, finance, and digital transformation, Bharani has helped portfolio company management teams unlock value through large-scale transformations in finance, technology, and data. Bharani has also worked in portfolio operations at a leading investment firm and family office, where he partnered with management teams to drive EBITDA growth, carve-outs, and operational efficiency. Earlier in his career, he worked in investment banking. He holds an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business and a BA in Economics from Georgetown University.
