Brad is a Senior Partner in West Monroe’s Mergers & Acquisitions practice, specializing in post-merger integration. Over the past decade, he has led more than 500 M&A transactions, including complex deals like hostile takeovers and multi-company mergers. Brad has deep expertise in healthcare, manufacturing, and software, which he uses to help clients achieve their investment goals efficiently.​

He is a recognized M&A expert, frequently quoted in major publications, and was named an Emerging Leader by the M&A Advisor in 2016. Before joining West Monroe, Brad worked at Accenture, leading financial system implementations for FORTUNE 500 clients. He holds a B.A. in economics with honors from the University of Iowa.
