Braden Holstege

Braden Holstege is VP of Enterprise AI at Mercor, where he works with private equity firms and their portfolio companies to turn AI into measurable business value. His team helps companies identify where AI can reduce costs, improve operations, or drive growth, then builds and deploys the technology to make it happen.

Mercor also works with the world’s leading AI labs, giving Braden a firsthand view of what the latest models can and cannot do. He brings that perspective to private equity, helping sponsors understand where AI investments are worth making and identify another potential source of value: portfolio company data that AI labs may pay to license.

Before Mercor, Braden was a Managing Director and Partner at the Boston Consulting Group, where he worked on AI strategy and deployment for leading enterprises and private equity firms.
