Brian began working with H&F in 2018 and joined full-time in 2022. Brian is focused on helping the Firm drive value by improving the organizational and leadership effectiveness of H&F’s portfolio companies. Prior to H&F, Brian worked with Cisco Systems, Samsung, Lucid Motors, McCain Foods and others to help drive impact through Talent initiatives. Brian has lived and worked in the US, Singapore, India and France. Brian began his career as a management consultant with Booz Allen and Accenture.
