Butler Cooper
Butler Cooper, Director of Portfolio Procurement, joined New Mountain in 2025. As a member of the Operating Partners Group, he is primarily dedicated to New Mountain’s portfolio company procurement efforts. Prior to joining New Mountain, he served as a Vice President at Blackstone, building out the GP Stakes spend management platform. Earlier in his career, he supported procurement initiatives across multiple Private Equity firms while at CoreTrust, a leading Group Purchasing Organization.
