Chris Dente

Chris Dente is the EY Americas Private Equity Consulting Leader, where he works alongside leading private equity firms and management teams to accelerate performance, execute strategic transactions and build businesses that create lasting enterprise value. His experience across finance, technology, data, operating models and change management enables him to help private equity investors and portfolio companies unlock growth and navigate transformation at scale.

With more than 30 years of consulting and assurance experience, Chris has been at the forefront of some of the most complex transformation, integration, restructuring and value creation initiatives in the market. He has helped organizations capture significant savings, improve operating performance and successfully navigate large-scale M&A transactions. Chris holds an MBA from Cornell University and a BS in Accounting from Bentley University.
