At Hg I'm a Partner, SLT member and Head of Portfolio Value Creation, leading 60+ engineers, operators and transformation leaders across a $180bn B2B services and software portfolio. We’ve driven $250m+ of AI EBITDA impact, across 1,600+ AI projects and 100+ new AI builds, with deep ties to the West Coast labs. I set up Hg's Data and AI team in 2016, now one of the largest in private equity, and launched Hg Catalyst in 2024.
Previously BCG Technology and Digital, working across Europe and the Middle East; I started out in macroeconomic modelling.
