Cory A. Eaves is a Partner and Head of Portfolio Operations at BayPine, where he leads the firm’s digital transformation and portfolio operations team. BayPine is a pioneering new private equity firm—one built from the ground up to bring digital transformation to companies in the healthcare, consumer, business services, and specialty industrials industries. Cory’s primary focus is on driving digital transformation initiatives within the firm and its portfolio companies. Before joining BayPine in 2023, Cory was one of the first Operating Partners at General Atlantic, where he built and scaled their portfolio value-add capability for nearly 15 years. Before joining General Atlantic, he was Executive Vice President, Chief Technology Officer, and Chief Information Officer at Misys plc. Earlier in his career, Cory also served as Chief Technology Officer of SSA Global, one of the world’s largest enterprise software providers, and various other technology leadership positions. Outside of his professional endeavors, Cory is active in a number of philanthropic activities, including The Marfan Foundation, where he serves as past Chairman and board member, and NetHope, where he serves as Board Fellow. Outside of work, Cory spends his time off-shore sailboat racing, snowboarding, and with his family in Larchmont, New York.
