David Federico is a Partner and Head of M&A and Transaction Services at Liberty Advisor Group, a Resultant Company, where he leads transactions practice and advises private equity firms, investment banks, and corporate clients on the business and technology decisions.

Over 10 years at Liberty and across 150+ engagements, David has worked on multi-billion-dollar acquisitions, complex carve-outs, post-merger integrations, and Enterprise transformations for companies ranking from middle-market through Fortune 50. His work sits at the intersection of deal execution and operational reality. He focuses on the questions that don't always make it into the CIM: whether the technology stack can support the thesis, whether the data the management team runs on is actually reliable, and whether the integration plan will hold up once the deal closes.

David previously served as Head of Divestitures and Acquisition Integration at Cuesta Partners, where he led post-close integration work for private equity-backed clients. He served concurrently as CTO of MicroSonic Solutions, where he owned product development of their proprietary products, while also supporting commercial enablement with major airlines, K-12 Schools, and hotel companies.
