David Fusco

David Fusco is the Chief Executive Officer of 42 North (Audax Private Equity Portfolio Company), a Dental Services Organization (DSO) with approximately 2,000 employees in 110+ practices across 8 states. David’s career has spanned nearly 30 years with more than 20 focused on healthcare and Private Equity. Most recently David was a Senior Executive leading the Transformation Office and various G&A and operating functions with Clario, a Private Equity owned globally operated clinical trials and technology organization serving medicines development in all major disease areas. The work at Clario lead to a nearly $10B transaction to ThermoFischer Scientific late last year returning approximately $6B to the investors and sponsors. Prior to Clario David held roles including Partner in a NY based PE firm managing and leading operating partners and holding board seats across the portfolio. Additionally holding roles at GE, ThermoFisher Scientific, HAE Medical Device, Novartis, Parexel, Bank of America Wealth Management and Eastern Dental to name just a few.

David is a duel Italian and US citizen, is a big fan of Formula 1 and all things Ferrari, and lives with his family in Boston, MA
