David Griffith

David Griffith is Director, Operations & Strategy at OMERS Private Equity, where he leads AI-enabled value creation across the North American buyout portfolio and drives the firm's internal AI enablement agenda. His work spans building the operating infrastructure, diagnostics, and playbooks that help portfolio companies turn AI from experimentation into measurable enterprise value - prioritizing high-impact functions like finance and sales, and favoring partnership over building in-house.

David brings 15 years of experience turning analytics and emerging technology into commercial results - across management consulting, commercial and analytical leadership in pharmaceuticals, and PortCo advisory and value creation in private equity, where he has repeatedly helped define AI strategy and stand up new capabilities. He holds an MBA in international finance from Fairleigh Dickinson University and an MS in Applied Analytics from Columbia University.
