He partners with management teams, boards, and investment professionals to accelerate growth, improve operational performance, and drive measurable outcomes through technology, data, AI, and strategic execution.
Deepak brings more than 30 years of leadership experience in enterprise transformation and value creation, including over two decades working with private equity-backed companies. Prior to joining Lee Equity Partners, he served as Chief Information Officer and Technology Operating Partner at Water Street Healthcare Partners, leading technology-enabled value creation initiatives across portfolio companies.
An 2026 Innovate100 Honoree, Deepak is recognized for translating strategy into business results through operational excellence and innovation. He holds a B.E. in Electronics Engineering from Bombay University, an M.S. in Distributed Computing from Rutgers University, and completed the General Management Program at Wharton.
