Dmitry Kordysh

Dmitry is an operationally focused technology executive with deep expertise in software product development and AI. He applies this expertise to private equity deals across the full deal lifecycle: leading technology diligences, driving post-deal value creation, and serving in interim leadership roles at portfolio companies.

At Crosslake, Dmitry leads the firm's AI services. Before that, he was a Managing Director on Vista Equity Partners' Value Creation team, where he co-led the firm's first portfolio-wide programs on AI risks and opportunities. Earlier, as a Partner in PwC's private equity practice, he advised multiple PE sponsors investing in technology-based businesses.

Dmitry has advised on numerous deals where AI capabilities or AI-driven industry disruption were central to the investment thesis, in both diligence and value creation. His work spans AI across SaaS product features, services delivery, enterprise functions, and software engineering. He also advises on AI governance, compliance and cost management.
