Donna Cooper is an Operating Partner at Varsity Healthcare Partners, bringing over 20 years of executive leadership experience in healthcare operations and finance. She most recently served as Chief Operating Officer at Duly Health and Care, the nation’s largest independent, private equity-owned medical group with over 1,000 physicians and $2 billion in revenue. Previously, she was Chief Operating Officer at Advocate Medical Group and President of Advocate Dreyer Medical Clinic, overseeing more than 1,200 healthcare providers, 5,000 associates, 350 locations, and $1 billion in revenue. Earlier in her career, she was CEO and CFO of Physicians’ Clinic of Iowa, a privately owned medical group with $50 million in revenue, 50 surgical specialists, and 250 associates. Donna began her career as a Certified Public Accountant at Arthur Andersen, focusing on nonprofit healthcare auditing and tax advising. She holds a BBA in Accounting and a Master of Health Administration from the University of Iowa.
