Dwight Gibson

Dwight Gibson is an Operating Partner for Pritzker Private Capital. Dwight works across the PPC Companies on strategy, operational and commercial improvements. Dwight joined PPC in 2024. Prior to PPC, Dwight served as President and Chief Executive Officer of BlueLinx corporation, a publicly traded Building Materials Distribution company. He also served as Chief Commercial Officer for SPX Flow corporation and held a variety of senior management roles at Trane Technologies (formerly known as Ingersoll Rand). He began his career as a consultant with McKinsey & Company. He is also a Board member for Interface corporation a publicly traded Commercial Flooring manufacturer as well as for Amrize Corporation, a publicly traded Building Materials company. Dwight received a M.Sc. from the London School of Economics, his M.B.A. from the Stanford Graduate School of Business, and his B.B.A. from Howard University.
