Eric leads NGP’s Portfolio Operations Function and oversees the development and execution of Value Creation Plans and best practices implementation across the portfolio.

He has over 15 years of operational and growth consulting experience across a variety of industries and functional areas. Prior to NGP, Eric was an Executive Director with The Vista Consulting Group (the operating arm at Vista Equity Partners) working closely with the executive teams of rapidly growing businesses to define and execute value creation plans.

Before joining Vista, he was a management consultant at McKinsey & Company, focused on operational transformations across a broad range of private and publicly owned businesses.

Eric earned a BSBA in Finance from The Ohio State University and an MBA from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business.

NextGen Growth Partners (NGP) is a Chicago based Private Equity firm focused on investing in lower middle market B2B services businesses.  We are currently investing out of NGP Fund III which was closed in October, 2024.
