Erin Caimano is the Head of US Portfolio Operations, Infrastructure for EQT, focusing on portfolio company value creation as well as targeted global operations initiatives. Prior to joining EQT, she was a Chief Transformation Officer for Atlas Holdings, based in Greenwich, CT. For almost two decades, Ms. Caimano held executive leadership roles in operations for General Electric’s Energy, Chemicals, Power and Industrial sectors in North America and Europe. She managed the diligence, integration, and business operations for the sale of GE Industrial Services to ABB Electrification before moving to private equity. Ms. Caimano is a certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt and Lean Leader and is a licensed Professional Engineer. She serves as mentor for the Society of Women Engineers and holds a leadership position in Simple Needs Georgia, assisting those transitioning from domestic violence and homelessness. Ms. Caimano graduated with honors from Cornell University’s College of Engineering.
