Eser Tireli

Eser Tireli is a Managing Director and Head of AI & Technology at CVC. As part of CVC's Operating Team, he heads the AI & Technology function, working with portfolio company CEOs and executive teams to translate AI into EBITDA impact across CVC's 150 portfolio companies and 10 sectors. Prior to this role, he also led CVC's own firm-wide AI transformation.

Before joining CVC, Eser spent 14 years at Bain & Company, first as a private equity and technology consultant and then as Vice President and General Manager of Helix, Bain's data and analytics platform business, which he founded and scaled. He also advised private equity firms, hedge funds and sovereign wealth funds on diligence, technology, and data and AI strategy.

He holds an MBA from INSEAD, and an M.S.E. in Industrial and Operations Engineering and a B.S.E. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan, graduating with honors.
