Gaurav Dhume is the Co-Founder & President of Elliot Systems, the AI-powered product engineering partner for private equity-backed companies. In his role, Gaurav leads the firm’s global operations across the United States, Latin America, and India and partners with private equity firms and their portfolio companies to accelerate product roadmaps while compressing engineering costs.

Prior to Elliot, Gaurav was Head of Finance at Darwin Homes, a real estate technology company backed by leading venture capitalists including Khosla Ventures and Fifth Wall, where he served from the pre-seed stage through its acquisition by Pagaya Technologies (NASDAQ: PGY). Earlier in his career, he held roles at Goldman Sachs and Citigroup, advising major energy companies on multi-billion-dollar capital raises.

Born in the United States and raised between the U.S. and India, Gaurav developed an early appreciation for global cultures that shaped a longstanding interest in cross-border opportunity and expanding access for underserved communities.

In his free time, Gaurav enjoys reading, traveling, playing golf, and spending quality time with his family and friends.
