Giancarlo Di Vece is CEO of Unosquare, a digital engineering firm with more than 1,000 engineers across the Americas and Europe that has spent 17 years building software for enterprise and mid-market companies. Under his leadership, Unosquare has grown into a full-cycle partner in Data, AI, Cloud, and Product Engineering, completed a recapitalization with Ridgemont Equity Partners, and pursued both organic growth and growth through M&A. Giancarlo works closely with private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, helping operating teams move AI from isolated pilots to measurable results in automation, performance diagnostics, and portfolio-wide initiatives for value creation. He speaks regularly on practical AI adoption, drawing on first-hand experience leading a PE-backed services business through that same transformation.
