Greg leads HGGC’s Value Enhancement Team (VET), advising the firm and its portfolio companies on operational and strategic initiatives. From 2019, he has supported various HGGC investments in due diligence, as a board advisor, CEO coach, and Interim COO. Greg brings deep expertise in executive leadership, organizational design, sales effectiveness, and product management.

Before joining HGGC, he was a founder, CEO, and operator in the mobile, wireless, and software industries, and now advises high-technology companies in AI, IoT, data center, and networking sectors. With over 30 years of global experience across Japan, Greater China, France, Israel, and Silicon Valley, Greg has led diverse teams in development and customer engagement.

He earned an M.B.A. in Marketing and Management of Technology from the Stanford GSB and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa, from Princeton University.
