Hersh Agarwal

Hersh Agarwal is the Vice President of Finance at All Around Children, his family's early childhood education group, which builds and operates childcare centers across Northeast Ohio. He leads finance, technology, and growth, working across the business to improve day-to-day operations, build scalable systems, and drive new school development. His work also includes modernizing financial and operational systems through technology and automation while navigating the compliance requirements and operational realities of a multi-site, labor-intensive, and highly regulated business.

Previously, Hersh held roles at Bain & Company, AWS, and Upstart, bringing experience across consulting, technology, and fintech. He holds an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a bachelor's degree from Emory University.
