Iain McQueen is a Vice President on TPG’s Field Operations team, where he specializes in AI strategy and deployment across the firm’s portfolio. He advises management teams on identifying and capturing AI-driven value creation opportunities across sectors, including healthcare, consumer, software, and business services. Iain works alongside a team of global operating professionals focused on helping TPG portfolio companies accelerate growth and execute operational improvement plans.

Prior to joining TPG, Iain was a member of the AI team at Cerberus Capital Management, where he most recently led AI deployment strategy and data science teams across North America. In that role, he partnered closely with Cerberus’ Supply Chain Fund, a private equity strategy focused on aerospace, energy, and infrastructure investments. His work spanned the full investment lifecycle, including sourcing, diligence, value creation, and governance.

Iain began his career as a product manager building offer personalization engines. He holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
