Jason collaborates closely with companies and their management teams to maximize their potential and plays a key role in evaluating and making new investments.

Prior to AEA Elevate, Jason built the value creation capabilities for Altamont Capital Partners with a focus on business services, healthcare and consumer companies.  He previously held senior roles at both a healthcare technology and retail company, supporting their CEOs and Founders as they collaborated with private investors for the first time.  Jason began his career at Bain & Company where he served clients in technology, healthcare, financial services, and consumer industries across offices in New York, Boston, San Francisco and Sydney, Australia.

Jason has an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business, and a BA in History from Yale University.
