Jay Philip

Jay Philip leads Glean’s private equity and investor partnerships. Glean is a leading enterprise AI platform valued at $7.2 billion and backed by leading investors including Wellington Management, Sequoia Capital, Kleiner Perkins, Lightspeed Venture Partners, General Catalyst, ICONIQ, and Coatue. Previously, Jay was a leader in McKinsey’s Software and Private Capital Practices advising technology companies and investors on AI strategy, product roadmaps, go-to-market execution, investment themes, due diligence, and value creation. Jay also spent time leading enterprise software investments at Pride Capital Partners and built a digital value creation playbook and team to support portfolio-wide initiatives.

Jay holds an MBA from Harvard, an MSc from Oxford, and a BA from Yale. He lives on Manhattan’s Upper West Side with his wife and two daughters.
