Jeff Pietras

Jeff leads Private Equity Partnerships at Global Payments, helping investors and portfolio companies turn payments into a lever for revenue growth, operational improvement and enterprise value. He previously served in GM and Head of Payment roles at various PE-backed companies & leading FinTechs. He has 20+ years of deep BD & operating experience spanning payments, FinTech, e-commerce, mobile, and marketplaces for leading technology companies. He began his career in investment banking and worked closely with PE/VC deal teams before moving into operating leadership. This combination of investor, operator and payments experience gives Jeff a practical perspective on how to drive post-investment value creation for operating partners working with software and platforms.

Jeff holds a degree in Finance from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia. He also holds an MBA from the London Business School. He now lives in Denver, Colorado.
