Jessica’s commitment to matching clients with new leaders is rooted in her passion for building meaningful human connections. As a partner within our technology and professional services practices, she manages client relationships and leads every step of our engagements, with special emphasis on technology officers and operating partner roles. She unleashes our clients' human potential by first and foremost taking the time to really listen and understand them. Jessica has been with Acertitude since 2018, first joining as principal.

Jessica has spent the last 20 years honing her recruiting and HR skills in the professional services, software, data analytics, and finance spaces. She previously worked as a director of recruiting for a private equity sponsored strategy and analytics SaaS company that was acquired by Mastercard in 2015. There, she collaborated with the firm’s C-Suite, managing their global experienced hiring, overseeing a team of recruiters, and contributing to employer branding initiatives.
