Jimmy joined American Industrial Partners in 2023 and leads the Talent practice, focus on executive hiring, management team assessment, and talent development. He most recently served as Operating Partner at ParkerGale Capital where he led the firm’s talent strategy. Previously, he spent time driving talent strategy at Home Chef, at the time a private equity owned meal kit company. Prior to that, he was a consultant at Bain and Company, where he led a variety of projects including growth strategy and M&A. He spent time early in his career at Teach For America and Nortel Networks. Jimmy holds a BA in Philosophy from Northwestern University, an MEd from University of Missouri-St. Louis, and an MBA from Yale School of Management.
