Jodi Kahn

Jodi Kahn is a Co-Founder and Partner of Broad Sky Partners, a private equity firm investing in leading middle-market businesses in essential services. She leads the firm’s Portfolio Resources Group, partnering closely with management teams to accelerate growth, strengthen capabilities, and build long-term value across the portfolio.
Prior to Broad Sky, Jodi founded JGK Ventures Consulting, a strategy, product development, and digital commerce advisory firm. She led engagements for private equity–backed, venture-backed, and privately held companies in the Consumer and Services sectors and served as an Operating Advisor to The Carlyle Group’s U.S. Equity Opportunity Fund, supporting portfolio companies on sales, marketing, and digital enablement.
Previously, Jodi was Chief Consumer Officer at FreshDirect and held senior leadership roles including President and EVP of iVillage (NBCUniversal) and President of Global Digital Media at Reader’s Digest Association. She spent 14 years in senior roles at Time Inc./Time Warner.
Jodi serves on the board of Bully Pulpit International, Thomas Scientific, Claritas and previously served on Southeastern Grocers, Water.org, Venture for America, Mood Media.
