Joe is a seasoned executive with nearly 20 years of experience in dynamic roles within private equity, turnaround management consulting and investment banking with a proven track record of partnering and delivering financial and strategic change leadership to businesses. In 2024, Joe joined Quad-C Management ($5b+ AUM), a leading middle-market private equity firm in Charlottesville, VA, as Managing Director, Portfolio Optimization, with the role focused on driving transformational finance & accounting activities / value creation initiatives across Quad-C's portfolio companies. Previously, Joe was a senior operating partner at Graham Partners for twelve years where he was actively involved with many of Graham’s portfolio companies during his tenure with a focus on driving finance, FP&A and accounting best practices along with identifying and executing on value creation initiatives across a range of business areas and throughout the investment lifecycle to increase enterprise value.
