John Ciasulli joined LLCP in 2026 as Head of Digital and AI Value Creation, where he drives operational value creation across the portfolio and assesses AI within diligence.
Previously, John was Senior Vice President at Platinum Equity, leading Digital and AI value creation across the portfolio. John designed standardized PE Digital Growth Playbooks and established multiple AI & Automation Centers of Excellence. Earlier, as Vice President of Transformation at Centerfield Media (a Platinum Portfolio Company), he led post-merger integration, new market entry, and operations optimization. He was also a founding executive at Uptake Technologies, scaling the industrial AI SaaS company from inception to unicorn status.
John holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from UC Berkeley and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. He also holds two U.S. patents in AI and predictive analytics.
