Kate Ju

Kate Ju is a Vice President on the Value Accelerator team at Goldman Sachs Asset Management, where she works with portfolio company management teams on technology, data, and AI value creation initiatives. Her work spans enterprise data enablement, AI strategy and adoption, and core systems transformation, with a focus on turning technology investment into measurable business outcomes. Kate has led transformation efforts including helping companies become more data-driven, scaling AI agents across the business, and redesigning customer journeys and processes with AI. Previously, Kate was a data scientist focused on constructing and optimizing multi-asset portfolios for institutional financial clients.
