Keith partners with FTV Capital’s portfolio companies advise CEOs and executive teams on high-impact strategic decisions that drive growth and long-term success. Head of FTV Propel, he leads a team of operational experts focused on executing the firm’s value creation strategy, while also strengthening the platform through a broad network of senior advisors, board-level leaders, and specialized third-party partners.

Prior to FTV, Keith was CEO and Director of Pythian, a global data and analytics services company that helps organizations transform through data, AI, analytics, and cloud solutions. Throughout his career, he has served as a board member, CEO, or C-level executive at 15 private equity- and venture-backed high-growth technology companies. Earlier, he spent more than a decade at IBM, where he played a pivotal role in building the company’s global cloud, analytics, and technology services businesses. He began his career in Exxon’s management development program.
