Krishna Bhattacharya

Krishna Bhattacharya is a Senior Partner at McKinsey & Company, based in New York, with 20+ years of experience advising leading financial institutions, technology companies and private equity investors. He focuses on growth (organic and inorganic) and large-scale business transformations, helping clients accelerate performance and unlock opportunities through technology, digital and AI.

Krishna has extensive experience working with private equity firms and their portfolio companies across the investment lifecycle from due diligence to value creation through the ownership period. He has also published insights on private equity, financial services, and technology-driven transformation.

Prior to McKinsey, Krishna worked at Lehman Brothers. He holds an MBA with Honors from the Wharton School and degrees in Economics and Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan, where he graduated magna cum laude.
