Kristin joined New State Capital Partners six years ago as Senior Operating Partner, Human Capital with more than 20 years of hands-on growth strategy, talent acquisition & development experience. New State takes a hands-on role in value creation and Operating Partners are a full time, integral part of the firm's team, bringing functional expertise and seniority to the growth process.

The bulk of Kristin’s career has been focused on strategic talent acquisition for a wide range of industries including industrials and manufacturing across a broad spectrum of company sizes from startups to F100s. Kristin specializes in helping companies grow quickly and build value. She has worked across a range of companies in roles including advisor, mentor and coach.

Prior to New State, Kristin spent six years at Business Talent Group (now part of Heidrick & Struggles) and also ran a boutique executive search firm, focused on venture capital and their portfolio companies.

Kristin received her M.B.A. from NYU's Stern School of Business and her B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania.
