Lisa Frazier is Managing Director, Head of Portfolio Technology, Data & AI at Stone Point Capital, where she is building the firm’s portfolio technology, data and AI capability and works with portfolio company CEOs, boards and management teams on AI strategy, technology transformation, data, cybersecurity and diligence.

Prior to joining Stone Point, Lisa was Chief Operating Officer of Judo Bank, an Australian challenger bank, where she helped triple the business, built and operationalized its core technology and operating infrastructure in under three years, and helped lead the company through an IPO. She has also worked extensively with startups and scale-ups, including founding a technology-enabled business and serving as Chair of a fast-growing fintech through its Series B and C stages. Earlier, she led Innovation at Wells Fargo and built and led the Digital division at Commonwealth Bank of Australia.

Lisa began her career as an engineer and was later a Partner at McKinsey & Company in New York and San Francisco. She also brings extensive public and private company board experience.
