Lucinda is an Operating Partner and Head of Portfolio Value Creation at Five V Capital. She is an experienced CEO, COO and CFO with over 25 years of leadership across a broad range of sectors. She has held executive roles in US-listed, private equity-backed and privately held businesses, with a strong track record of delivering growth, transformation and operational improvement.

Lucinda brings extensive international experience, having led teams across Asia Pacific, Europe and the Americas, with a focus on operational excellence, high-performing teams and long-term value creation.

She is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the Australian National University. She has also completed the Company Directors Course with both the Australian and New Zealand Institutes of Company Directors and is a Member of the CEO Institute.
