Matt is a Vice President at OceanSound Consulting, where he focuses on human capital, talent, and organization initiatives across the OceanSound portfolio companies. Prior to joining OceanSound in 2025, Matt was a Principal at ghSMART, where he advised investors, hedge fund managers, and CEOs on issues at the intersection of strategy and human capital. Previously, he was a Manager at Deloitte Consulting, where he led large-scale strategic, talent and operating model transformations.
