Max Jacobson is Head of AI & Data Science and a co-founder of Insight Factory, where he leads the firm's AI and data science practice for PE-owned portfolio companies and their sponsors.  Max designs and delivers production AI solutions tied to specific EBITDA outcomes - machine-learning lead and financing-approval scoring, churn prediction and account health, pricing and procurement intelligence, and agentic customer support - and advises sponsors on portfolio-wide AI agendas, from diligence through value creation planning.  Before Insight Factory, Max scaled a Sequoia-backed data startup through its acquisition by Dun & Bradstreet, where he went on to lead data science post-close.  He began his career as a management consultant at Boston Consulting Group. Max holds a BA from Princeton University and a graduate certificate in data science from Stanford University.
