Meagan is B Capital’s Head of HR, based in Los Angeles, where she leads all human resources functions for both the firm itself and its portfolio companies. She oversees strategic HR initiatives and talent acquisition needs not only across B Capital’s global organization but also directly supports the growth and performance of its portfolio companies. With over 20 years of experience, Meagan specializes in aligning HR strategies with business objectives, cultivating high-performance cultures, and implementing cutting-edge HR technologies. Her expertise spans developing leadership pipelines, succession planning, and navigating complex organizational transformations.

Before joining B Capital in April 2022, Meagan held leadership roles at Masimo, where she led Global Recruiting, and at Western Digital, where she served as Director of Global Talent Acquisition. Her international experience includes heading Asia-Pacific Recruitment, Training, and Events at Oliver Wyman in Singapore, providing her with a valuable cross-cultural talent management perspective.

Meagan earned a BS in Accounting from Providence College. Outside of work, she enjoys surfing, prone paddleboarding, duffy boat-riding, running, cycling, playing golf, snowboarding, volunteering with local charities, and is an avid sports fan.
