Merche is the Chief Talent Officer at Kingswood Capital Management. Merche is responsible for human capital strategy across Kingswood and the firm’s portfolio companies, with a focus on talent assessment and development, expanding the firm’s capacity to attract and develop top-tier leadership talent to drive growth and create value within our portfolio.
Merche brings more than 25 years of experience with Fortune 100/500 companies and PE firms. Merche previously served as Chief Talent & HR Officer at Grain Management, MD at Goldman Sachs leading the global coaching and advisory practice, was Head of Talent, Leadership & OD at Prudential in Hong Kong, and Unilever in Singapore. She began her career at PwC in Europe.
Merche holds a MS in Neuroscience at Columbia, a Master’s in Psychology at Harvard, and an Economics and Business Administration degree from CUNEF Complutense University, Madrid. She is a certified Master Practitioner Executive Coach, Coach supervisor and assessor, Board facilitator, and certified in numerous behavioral profiling tools.
