Michael Frain is a Managing Director at Warburg Pincus, based in New York. He joined the firm in 2008 and is a member of the Value Creation Team, where he leads the Shared Services program. In this role, he partners with portfolio companies to enhance strategy, scale, and efficiency, with a particular focus on procurement, employee benefits, corporate insurance, and real estate.
Michael also serves on Warburg Pincus’ Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Committee. Prior to joining the firm, he held senior finance positions at Racebrook Capital, Monday Properties, and ATC Management. He earned a BBA in Accounting and an MBA in Finance from Baruch College.
