Michael Pan is Vice President of Private Equity & Venture Capital at Oracle, where he drives the One Oracle Advantage for PE & VC firms. In this role, Michael works with investment professionals, operating partners, and portfolio company leaders to align Oracle's capabilities with their most important value-creation priorities, from accelerating growth and improving operational performance to enabling enterprise-wide transformation. A 16-year Oracle veteran, Michael previously served as Vice President of Alliances & Channels, where he built and led strategic relationships across Oracle's extensive partner ecosystem. Today, he brings that experience to the private capital community, serving as a single point of orchestration to marshal the full power of One Oracle on behalf of PE and VC firms and their portfolios. Michael's focus is on helping investors translate technology into measurable business outcomes, connecting the right Oracle leaders, industry expertise, solutions, and ecosystem partners to support portfolio transformation, accelerate value creation, and position companies for their next stage of growth.
