Mona Talih

Mona Talih is an Operating Partner at Mubadala Capital. Over the past four years she has helped build the firm's value creation team and approach across Mubadala's funds and subsidiaries. During her time with Mubadala, Mona has worked with various size companies, ranging middle market, large cap and growth companies. She has experience engaging these companies at every stage of the lifecycle, including early stage value creation and 100 day planning, turnaround and restructuring, as well as exit planning. Prior to Mubadala, Mona was an executive at a technology scale-up, and earlier in her career spent several years at McKinsey & Company, advising private equity firms during both diligence and portfolio company transformations.
