Monika Dowal

Monika Dowal is Senior Vice President at Finatal, where she advises private equity investors and their portfolio companies on CFO and senior finance leadership appointments. She specialises in helping PE--backed businesses assess and build the leadership capability needed to scale, professionalise and deliver against their investment plans.

Monika brings experience both as an executive search partner and as a commercial leader within high-growth businesses. Before joining Finatal, she held senior leadership roles at Mondo, where she helped double the size of the business while building its Midwest operation and US executive search practice. She subsequently led the US expansion of an international executive search firm.

Based between New York and Chicago, Monika plays a central role in the continued growth of Finatal’s North American business.
