Mujteba Haidri is an accomplished global business leader with over 20 years of broad functional experience spanning general management, global sales and marketing, manufacturing operations, and finance. He has deep expertise across the industrial, aerospace & defense, telecommunications, transportation, energy, and IIOT sectors, where he has led the development and launch of highly engineered products and service solutions.

Having worked across North America, Europe, and Asia, he has successfully driven transformation initiatives that create enterprise value for both private and publicly traded multinational companies, with revenues ranging from $50 million to $5 billion. His leadership approach centers on building high-performance teams and accelerating profitable growth through strategic execution, data analytics, business development, and operational excellence.

His prior roles include serving as General Manager at LORD Corporation (a Parker Hannifin company) and General Electric (GE), where he also held the position of CFO for GE’s Industrial Solutions – Power Components Business.

At Blue Point Capital Partners, Mujteba serves on the boards of National OnDemand and TAS Environmental Services. He is also the Board Chair of The Green Chair Project, a nonprofit based in Raleigh, North Carolina.

Mujteba holds a Bachelor of Science in Operations Research and Industrial Engineering from Cornell University and an MBA from Duke University.
