Myles joined Lightspeed as an Operating Partner in 2025, where he focuses on supporting founders and revenue leaders on Go-To-Market functions. He brings hands-on experience building and optimizing Revenue and Go-To-Market Operations across public, PE-backed, and VC-funded companies, and works closely with Lightspeed portfolio teams to set operational standards that accelerate growth.

Before Lightspeed, Myles served as Global Vice President of Revenue Operations at Icertis. Prior to that, he spent over six years with Coupa Software, leading GTM Strategy and Sales Operations, and also served as Chief of Staff to the CEO.
