Nathan Williams
Nate builds leadership teams for companies at moments of rapid scale and transformation. At TPG, he works alongside investment professionals and portfolio CEOs to recruit and develop executives capable of leading category-defining businesses. His focus spans CEO succession, executive team construction, and organizational capability building as companies move from growth to institutional scale. Earlier, Nate held operating roles at LinkedIn, helping scale talent and go-to-market organizations during a period of significant growth. He began his career in executive search and leadership assessment at Heidrick & Struggles, and earlier served in the U.S. Department of Labor as a presidential appointee (non-Senate confirmed). He earned a BA from Brigham Young University and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
