Over the past 20+ years across industry and consulting, Nenad has led transformational programs that include large-scale top- and bottom-line margin enhancement, organic and in-organic growth, post-merger integration, and commercial & operational due diligence.

I often sit at the intersection of strategy and execution: translating a value thesis into right to win and how to win and defining a practical plan to extend and expand capabilities, aligning teams around the “why,” and then driving the operational follow-through.

My experience spans SaaS, tech hardware, equipment-as-a-service, telecom, industrials, and private equity. I’ve also supported tech-enabled business services and platforms.

As Americas Co-Leader for Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) at AlixPartners, I’m focused on partnering with our teams and clients to help leaders navigate major industry inflection points. I hold a master’s degree in electrical engineering and business administration from Darmstadt University of Technology.
