As Managing Director of Adobe Private Capital, Olli leads Adobe’s value creation strategy for portfolio companies, collaborating with Private Equity, Venture Capital, and Sovereign Wealth partners to drive sustainable growth. 

Olli began his career in management consulting, gaining the expertise to lead the carve-out and transformation of Pizza Hut Australia for a Private Equity firm, his first role in the sector. This experience paved the way for a portfolio of Board and Advisory positions, several of which he continues to hold.

It is with this experience that Olli defined the mandate for Adobe Private Capital to focus on value creation through strategic initiatives across the entire investment lifecycle.
